³⁶ דְּנָה חֶלְמָא וּפִשְׁרֵהּ נֵאמַר קֳדָם־מַלְכָּא׃

568. Having seven heads. This symbolizes the irrationality resulting from their absolute falsities, like the seven heads of the dragon (no. 538).
