Jethro, the father-in-law of Moses
Jethro, the father-in-law of Moses, in Exodus 18:1, represents divine good, from which proceeds ordering. He also signifies the good of the church amongst people who were in the truth of simple good.
Sometimes Jethro is named 'Reuel', too. He was a priest and denotes the good of the church.
