8491. 'And all the princes of the assembly came and told Moses' means reflection on the basis of primary truths. This is clear from the meaning of 'the princes of the assembly' as primary truths, 1482, 2089, 5044; and from the meaning of 'telling' or 'pointing out' as reflection, dealt with in 2862, 5508.
