Verse 2. And the whole power of the Internal shall be communicated to the External; and the External shall be prepared, by the acknowledgement of the Lord, and influx from Him through the heavens, for such worship; while the conjunction of truth with good shall be effected, and thus conjunction with the Lord.

7257. The good that love to the Lord desires is called celestial good, and the good that charity towards the neighbour desires is called spiritual good. What the difference is, and how great that difference is between celestial good, desired by love to the Lord, and spiritual good, desired by charity towards the neighbour, must be stated in what follows.
