23 kuni Issand viimaks kõrvaldas Iisraeli oma palge eest, nõnda nagu ta oli kuulutanud kõigi oma sulaste, prohvetite läbi; seepärast pidi Iisrael oma maalt minema võõrsile - Assurisse, kus nad on tänapäevani.

Verse 23. And there is no longer conjunction with the Lord by that corrupted church, as Divine Truth dictates. And hence charity which constitutes the essential of the church is rejected, and the corrupted rational faculty has perpetual predominance.
