And I asked her, and said, Whose daughter art thou? And she said, The daughter of Bethuel, Nahor'sson, whom Milcah bore to him: and I put the ear-ring upon her face, and the bracelets upon her hands.
2865. And Bethuel begat Rebekah. That this signifies from good their affection of truth, is evident from the representation of Bethuel and of Rebekah, treated of in chapter 24, which follows.
