Ezekiel 33:7

⁷ So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman to the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.

Vengeance, day of

In Isaiah 34:8; 63:4, the day of vengeance signifies a state of damnation; also the Last Judgment. (Apocalypse Explained 413[6, 7])
