2626. ‘Ut locutus fuit cum illo Deus’: quod significet sicut voluit, constare potest a significatione ‘loqui’ quod sit cogitare, de qua n. 2271, 1 2287, 2619; quod autem hic sit velle, est quia dicitur quod 2 Deus locutus, nam cogitare Divinum est velle.
