29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

"Birds" represent rational concepts in the external man and intellectual concepts in the internal man.

Give daily bread

  

In Matthew 6:11 and Luke 11:3, this signifies love and charity with the goods and truths of faith in every instant to eternity. (Arcana Coelestia 2838[4])
