To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.

1-2 The hells will be subjugated (8)
3-5, 31 Those who are in good, will acknowledge the Lord, who is Divine truth itself; (11, 16)
5-6 He will be their protection; (11)

12-14 It will not be so with the rest, although they have the Word. (3)
