60. Verse 31 And God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning, a sixth day.

This verse says 'very good', whereas previous verses merely said 'good', for now the things of faith make one with those of love. A marriage has accordingly taken place between spiritual and celestial things.

9145. 'And a stack of grain is consumed' means harm done to accepted truths and forms of the good of faith. This is clear from the meaning of 'a stack' as accepted truth and good of faith. The reason why 'a stack' has this meaning is that it is grain which has already been gathered in, and 'standing grain' means the truth and good of faith while they are being conceived, which is the subject in the very next paragraph.
