2 Kings 19:15

15 And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said, O LORD God of Israel, which dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth.

Explanation of 2 Kings 19:15

Verse 15. Thus coming into communication with the Lord and revelation by good and its truth, through victory in temptation and in dependence on Divine Providence; and thus into the sincere acknowledgment of the Lord, and that He forms both the internal and external man.

Israel

  

'The children of Israel,' in Isaiah 14:2, signify the Gentiles.

In Jeremiah 23:8, 'Israel' represents the spiritual natural church.
