3783. 'Is coming with the flock' means interior matters of doctrine. This is clear from the meaning of 'the flock' as the Church and also matters of doctrine, dealt with in 3767, 3768, 3772, here interior matters of doctrine since the words 'is coming with the flock' refer to Rachel.
