Ezekiel 31:1

¹ And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third [month], on the first of the month, [that] the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

Uncircumcised

In Genesis 17:14; 34:14, this signifies one who is in self-love, which is the vilest of all loves because destructive of society. (Arcana Coelestia 2957)

'The uncircumcised,' as in Ezekiel 31:18, signifies people lacking the good of charity.
