And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the Plain; Escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.
2340. 'And came to his house' means confirmation in good. This is clear from the meaning of 'a house' as celestial good, dealt with already in 2233, 2331. From this, as well as from the train of thought in the internal sense, it is clear that being confirmed in good is meant.
