37 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: For this, moreover, will I be inquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them: I will increase them with men like a flock.

Commentary

 

Folly, iniquity, hypocrisy, and error

  

In Isaiah 32:6, folly has respect to the false, iniquity signifies evil, hypocrisy, the evils spoken against goods, and error, the falsities which are spoken against truths. See also Isaiah 9:17.
