`Or with a wooden instrument [in] the hand, wherewith he dieth, he hath smitten him, and he dieth, he [is] a murderer: the murderer is certainly put to death.

Verse 18. Or again, he who wilfully and forcibly does injury to another by persuading that good is meritorious, because selfish love desires reward, is guilty and brings upon himself vastation.
