21 และเขาจะยืนอยู่ต่อหน้าเอเลอาซาร์ปุโรหิต ผู้ซึ่งจะทูลถามเพื่อเขาตามหลักตัดสินของอูริมต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์ และคนทั้งปวงจะออกไปและเข้ามาตามคำของปุโรหิต ทั้งเขากับคนทั้งปวงในอิสราเอลนั้นคือชุมนุมชนทั้งหมด"

Verse 21. And this truth shall also be in subordination to Divine Truth from Divine Good which aids man in temptation; and from that truth it receives revelation; and according to it all states of conflict and rest are regulated, even as to the subordinate governing principle, and as to the natural and spiritual powers which are governed.
