4 และไตทั้งสองลูกกับไขมันที่ติดอยู่ตรงบั้นเอวนั้น และให้เอาพังผืดที่ติดอยู่เหนือตับนั้นออกเสียพร้อมกับไต

Verse 4. In the middle degree as to discriminating truths and the affection thereof, by which the conjunction of truth with good is effected; and in the interior degree where the conjunction of good with truth is effected, all these varieties of good being separated.
