27 At masumpungan siya ng manghihiganti sa dugo sa labas ng hangganan ng kaniyang bayang ampunan, at patayin ng manghihiganti sa dugo ang nakamatay, ay hindi siya magiging salarin sa dugo,

Verse 27. And thus brings upon himself the consequences of actual evil, he must needs suffer; and guilt is not imputed to him who resists evil from good, and restrains it by punishment.
