38 εγω κυριος ο θεος υμων ο εξαγαγων υμας εκ γης αιγυπτου δουναι υμιν την γην χανααν ωστε ειναι υμων θεος

Verse 38. Because the Lord acts from pure love and truth, and has redeemed the spiritual man from all such motives, in order that he may receive good from the Lord, and thereby, also truth.
