Verse 19. But it is seen from the Word that there is interior opposition between the corrupted man and Divine Truth, so that, while condemnation is indeed complete as to the external man, there is not fulness of such condemnation internally, nor any real conflict against evil; the consequence being only partial or outward subjugation of the natural man.
