3 ἀπῆραν ἐκ ραμεσση τῷ μηνὶ τῷ πρώτῳ τῇ πεντεκαιδεκάτῃ ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ μηνὸς τοῦ πρώτου τῇ ἐπαύριον τοῦ πασχα ἐξῆλθον οἱ υἱοὶ ισραηλ ἐν χειρὶ ὑψηλῇ ἐναντίον πάντων τῶν αἰγυπτίων

Verse 3. But separation from falsity and evil which are destructive of the heavenly life, first takes place when faith in the Lord commences, and this in a new state of spiritual life involving deliverance from evil, purification, and conjunction with the Lord, the Divine power being manifested even before those who are in evil,
