Numbers 29:12

Verse 12. And again, when the state of the implantation of truth is completed, and the state of the implantation of good commences, there is still another rearrangement of truths, a still more improved state of spiritual rest and peace, and a still greater appropriation of good from the Lord in all holiness and fullness;
