24 τὰ ἐκπορευόμενα διὰ τῶν χειλέων σου φυλάξῃ καὶ ποιήσεις ὃν τρόπον εὔξω κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ σου δόμα ὃ ἐλάλησας τῷ στόματί σου

Verse 23. Whatever has been fully intended must be performed with a willing mind according to the full import of what has been deliberately resolved on as the right thing to do, and as being in accordance with the Divine will.
