10 Conjuravit autem contra eum Sellum filius Jabes : percussitque eum palam, et interfecit, regnavitque pro eo.

Verse 10. And its state of vastation is therefore one of the destruction of all spiritual tranquillity, resulting from absolute deprivation as to truths, a new state succeeding.
