31 Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.

Verse 31. But evil confirmed by falsity under all circumstances is incapable of redemption, because it is guilty, and vasta-tion is the result of this confirmation.
