24 25 For thou may come into the vineyard of thy companion, and eat grapes as thy soul is satisfied; but thou shalt not put any into thy vessel.

Verse 24. "Every one associating with others who are of a different doctrine and religion may learn and accept their goods of charity; but not imbibe them or conjoin them to his own truths. (A vineyard, as it denotes the Church, denotes where there is doctrine or religion; grapes are the goods of charity; a vessel is the truth of the Church.)" (Arcana Coelestia 5117.)
