21 ויש אשר יהיה הענן מערב עד בקר ונעלה הענן בבקר ונסעו או יומם ולילה ונעלה הענן ונסעו׃

Verse 21. Also, with respect to a state of obscurity or brightness, it is the latter which leads man forward; but there are states of both successively, which do not promote any advance.
