Melachim B 19:35

Verse 35. But on the contrary, corrupted reason plunges its victims into obscurity as to all truths, and the effect of the Divine presence upon them is that they are totally vastated, and when seen in the light of heaven, are without any spiritual life, or without any good and truth.
