40 וַיִּזְבַּח בָּלָק בָּקָר וָצֹאן וַיְשַׁלַּח לְבִלְעָם וְלַשָּׂרִים אֲשֶׁר אִתֹּו׃

Verse 40. But the depraved will now influences the understanding by the force of its affections both external and internal, and thus makes that conjunction a little stronger.
