53 Ja sina sööd oma ihuvilja, oma poegade ja tütarde liha, keda Issand, su Jumal, sulle on andnud, piiramisel ja kitsikuses, millega su vaenlane sind ahistab.

Verse 53. So that you will consume the good of your own soul, and the goods of the truths and affections which the Divine Love and Wisdom had developed within you, in the oppression of the false, and deprivation of spiritual nourishment, which will be brought upon you by evils and falses, the enemies of your soul:
