3 and will make an offering by fire to Jehovah, a burnt-offering or a sacrifice for the performance of a vow, or as a voluntary offering, or in your set feasts, to make a sweet odour to Jehovah, of the herd or of the flock,

Verse 3. And when he worships the Lord outwardly from love either celestial or spiritual; either as to the external man from a principle of truth, or from a principle of good freely; or from good appropriated by the reciprocation of the Lord's love with delight either natural or spiritual.
