Deuteronomy 29:22

22 And the generation to come, your children who shall rise up after you, and the foreigner that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and its sicknesses wherewith Jehovah hath visited it,

Verse 22. So that the principles derived from your present conduct which will succeed in future states, and the rationality derived from natural lumen alone having little in common with the true principles of the Church, shall inquire, when the vastation of the good and truth derived from regeneration, and the irruption of evil into the interiors of the soul is perceived;
