28 At the end of every three years take a tenth part of all your increase for that year, and put it in store inside your walls:

Verse 28. And at the end of every full and complete period of regeneration you shall pass in review by self-examination all the increase of good and truth which you have received from the Lord in that state, and it shall be stored up in the external mind and become serviceable to introduce you to heaven.
