25 But if the man find the damsel that is betrothed in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her; then the man only that lay with her shall die:

Verse 25. But if the mind is in an external state, and becomes conjoined to falsity (as it were against its will, there being no truth at hand to save); then that falsity will perish:
