3 Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it: but whatsoever of thine is with thy brother thy hand shall release.

Verse 3. External things which are not of the spiritual man in the soul may be regarded as coming from the man himself; but the soul shall relinquish all merit in the real spiritual good with which it is gifted from heaven;
