That this signifies reflection and thence perception in order that conjunction might be effected, is evident from the signification of being “blessed,” as being conjunction (n. 3504, 3514, 3530, 3565, 3584); and from the signification of “commanding and saying,” as being reflection and consequent perception (n. 3661).
