This is clear from the meaning of 'coming from some land or other' as originating there; and from the meaning of 'the land of Canaan' as the Lord's kingdom in heaven and the Lord's kingdom on earth, which is the Church, dealt with in 1607, 3038, 3481, 3686, 3705, 4447, 4454, 5136.
