ആ സ്ഥലത്തെ ജനം അവന്റെ ഭാര്യയെക്കുറിച്ചു അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചു; അവള് എന്റെ സഹോദരിയെന്നു അവന് പറഞ്ഞു; റിബെക്കാ സൌന്ദര്യമുള്ളവളാകകൊണ്ടു ആ സ്ഥലത്തെ ജനം അവളുടെ നിമിത്തം തന്നേ കൊല്ലാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവള് എന്റെ ഭാര്യ എന്നു പറവാന് അവന് ശങ്കിച്ചു.

That this signifies their quality, is evident from the signification of “calling a name,” as denoting the quality (n. 144, 145, 1754, 1896, 2009, 2724, 3006, 3421); and from the signification of “Sitnah,” as being in the original tongue “antagonism,” which is a further degree of denial.
