και ειπεν επειδη εχω λαλησαι προς τον κυριον εαν δε ευρεθωσιν εκει εικοσι και ειπεν ου μη απολεσω ενεκεν των εικοσι

2274. Verse 30 And he said, Let not now my Lord be incensed, and I will speak; perhaps thirty will be found there. And He said, I will not do it if I find thirty there.
'And he said, Let not now my Lord be incensed, and I will speak' means deep concern over the state of the human race. 'Perhaps thirty will be found there' means some existence of conflict. 'And He said, I will not do it if I find thirty there' means that they will be saved.
