9949. 'And you shall make headdresses for them' means the intelligence there. This is clear from the meaning of 'turban', and in general of a covering for the head, as intelligence and wisdom, dealt with in 9827. Consequently this is also what 'headdress' means, since the covering for the head for Aaron's sons was referred to as 'a headdress'.
