6291. 'And Joseph said to his father, Not so, my father, for this is the firstborn' means a perceptible influx regarding good, that the first place belonged to this. This is clear from the meaning of 'saying', when used in reference to the internal celestial, which 'Joseph' represents here, as an influx, dealt with in 6152, in this case a perceptible inflow because he not only grasped his father's hand but also said to him, Not so, my father, for this is the firstborn.
