704. Lastly verses 19-24 deal with the character of the final descendants of the Most Ancient Church. They were so seized by the persuasions of falsity and by the desires of self-love that they perished.

Those who went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God commanded him; and Yahweh shut him in.

The flood was forty days on the earth. The waters increased, and lifted up the ship, and it was lifted up above the earth.
