3112. 'And she said to him, I am the daughter of Bethuel, the son of Milkah, whom she bore to Nahor' means the whole origin of it, that is to say, of the affection for truth. This is clear from the representation of 'Bethuel', and also of 'Milkah and Nahor', as the origin of the affection for truth which Rebekah represented, see 3078.
