17 เมืองศิโยนได้เหยียดมือทั้งสองออก แต่ก็ไม่มีใครที่เล้าโลมเธอได้ พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงมีพระบัญชาเรื่องยาโคบว่า ให้พวกคู่อริล้อมยาโคบไว้ เยรูซาเล็มเป็นดั่งผู้หญิงเมื่อมีประจำเดือนท่ามกลางเขาทั้งหลาย
