1136. Internal worship, which is Shem, and where it extended to, even to the second Ancient Church, is dealt with in verse 21. Internal worship and its derivatives which, stemming from charity, are derivations of wisdom, intelligence, knowledge, and cognitions, which are meant by 'the nations', are dealt with in verses 22-24.
