That this signifies perception concerning the celestial of the spiritual reigning in the natural, is evident from the signification of “saying,” in the historicals of the Word, as being to perceive (of which often above); and from the signification of “the man, the lord of the land,” as being the celestial of the spiritual reigning in the natural (of which also above, n. 5510).
