1 Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hephzi-bah.

Verse 1. And this new state of the celestial church is one, in which the Lord is ignored or forgotten, because the state of corruption is full, remains also of good and truth being very few, and its external origin merely selfish delight.
