34 ทั้งนี้ให้เป็นกฎเกณฑ์ถาวรแก่เจ้าทั้งหลาย ให้ทำการลบมลทินบาปเพื่อคนอิสราเอลปีละครั้ง เพราะบาปทั้งสิ้นของเขา" และเขาก็กระทำตามที่พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงบัญชากับโมเสสไว้
